Over the Top Pork Chop

Are you looking for a delicious pork chop recipe? Here it is. We have been using these as samples at some of our farmers market stops and people have been raving about them.

What you need:

  • 2 Large Pork Chops (bone in or out)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Spark Spices Over the Top Rub

How to cook:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Coat pork chops lightly with oil and rub spice over all meat surfaces
  3. Place on a nonstick baking sheet or a baking dish
  4. Bake at 375° until they have a 145°-160° internal temperature
  5. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes
