This was designed to be very easy to use, with just the right amount of spices for the process of moisture and flavor infusion. Simply take two tablespoons of the brine mix, add it to a 1 quart zippered bag with 1 cup of water. Mix thoroughly. Add your vegetables or meat. Squeeze the bag until the liquid covers your contents and seal. Refrigerate a minimum of 12 hours, up to 2 days. Discard the brine and cook food using your favorite method.
- It will infuse a wonderful flavor of Rosemary and Thyme, backed up with a little Coriander and Ginger.
- Makes excellent veggies – especially cauliflower and broccoli roasted.
- Great with pork chops and chicken.
