A blend of season-all spices, with hints of garlic, pepper and smoked paprika…with a kick. The goal, when developing this blend, was to slow the heat down, so that you could taste your food, then the spice and, finally, the heat (which will come up over the top and fall fast). Considered a mild heat, of about 2-3, on a scale of 1-10.
-Can be used as a rub on chicken and pork.
-Excellent on eggs.
-Nice addition to a Bloody Mary.
